An overview of climate, topography and landscape of the country. It is advised to also create a sketch, you can add a link to this (hosted on imgur or similar) |
The country's northern coast and river valleys are flat, and the rest are high mountains. The river has two main upstreams, which converge into lakes in the southern high mountains, and then merge into a large river that flows from south to north to the sea, and converges with tributaries. In addition, the northwest region of the country also has a river flowing from south to north into the sea, which is the second largest river in the country.
Human geography | |

A brief description of the territory demographics, economic development, land occupation, infrastructure and mapping style |
The northern coastal area develops light industry and port transshipment. The mouth of the largest river is the capital of the country, and the port conditions are good. The central valley area is dominated by agriculture, while the southern and mountainous areas develop forestry and tourism.

History & culture | |
---|---|
A brief description of the intended culture and language |
The country was formerly a region of Aboriginal activity, with different languages spoken in different regions. About 400 years ago, due to the drought in the land and the swarms of locusts, a large number of local residents have left their homes in order to survive. Han people from the Huaxia Republic, the Bai Empire, went south and established a regime in the northern part of the country. After several wars, the Han forces have occupied the river valleys and the coastal plains, and only the deep mountains are still inhabited by the aborigines. At present, the official language of the country is Cantonese and English, and the official languages in the mountain aboriginal areas are Cantonese, English and local languages.

I map the Huicheng (Fai Sing) City in Bai Empire. If this application is approved, I'll move this city to this place as capital.

- The expansion of Bai / AR909 wasn't intended to push existing mappers out, rather the opposite. There are a lot of areas within AR909 to be mapped - can you first work toward finding a home for your mapping there? Thanks/wangi (talk) 08:18, 30 June 2022 (UTC)
- It's a pity that more than one editor in the Bai empire was unsatisfied with my mapping style. Some of the details of the map I drew were not accepted by other members, and we've been arguing about it for a while. I would like to take this opportunity to leave the collaboration of the Bai empire. Thanks.--Tin Cing (talk) 10:09, 30 June 2022 (UTC)
- I need to add that I've offered to move his mapping to another coastal province. His mapping might not be great, but there's still certain room for improvement, and I will talk with my fellow members about this as well. I do desire to keep him in the project, but I am not always available to vet his mapping, and perhaps some others whom I've charged to look after his mapping might have spoken out of turn. If he desires, he can also join the Huaxia project and have his mapping moved there instead, for his style of mainland superblock grid mapping might be more suitable there.--Zhenkang (talk) 12:28, 30 June 2022 (UTC)
- This style does not match the Huaxia's style (Large scale blocks in China). I have confirmed with the relevant person in charge that I will not join Huaxia because of differences in concepts and styles. Huaxia provides at most one place for me to temporarily store the mapping.--Tin Cing (talk) 15:23, 30 June 2022 (UTC)

I'm disappointed and frustrated in the turn of events here. I had assumed that the moving of Tin Cing's mapping within the enlarged Bai had been discussed and agreed ahead of the application, rather than a summary "you'll be moving" after. Over the next 4 weeks please work constructively be find a long term home for this within either Bai or Huaxia. Vague dismissal based on style of the block isn't going to be acceptable when we are talking about two large collaborative territories and a reasonable standard of mapping. Hint - collaborative. | |
