a four season country with diffrent climates. Harboros and Zagoros are the main mountain ranges. in the north, the mountains keep the moisture in the air and the green forests are created by the Mediterranean rainfall. in the middle of the country, it's mid-dry and in the mountains it's moderate.

	A brief description of the territory demographics, economic development, land occupation, infrastructure and mapping style

people are like iranian. there are 30 million people. the capital looks like tehran. and some other cities.its economy will be factories, tourism, farming and oil productiions. the capital have 14 million population and most industrials will be there. people will speak in persian. and culture likes iranian culture.

Now, addressing the application… I finally have had a chance to go through it thoroughly and look at your existing mapping. I am curious why you are looking to move. The territory you have is perfectly suitable for the type of mapping you are presently and planning to do, and you have only made two edits in the last 5½ months. That said, I am going to decline this on the issues with the application itself. You would be welcome to apply for it again in the future, but things will need to be changed.

First, the amount of mapping that you have done does not warrant a massive uptick in territory size. You have no demonstrated rural mapping, some natural mapping but of only one type, and only one very incomplete city that does not demonstrate urban mapping either. You are asking for an island with a substantial coastline, but you have done no work at all on the existing coastline in your present territory. All of these will need to be demonstrated much more to give a demonstration of what you're trying to and capable of doing.
Second, the territory itself is not quite what you describe in the application. It is quite close to the tropics and would not be a four-season country. You also need to provide a map to help us visualize what you mean. (How tall are the mountains? Where do the ranges lay out? Where are natural resources?) You don't explain much in your wording above, so a visual would go a long way. How do the natural features really lay out, and what types of resources are you expecting to be reliant upon?
Third, the cultural continuum is a fine fit, and there is no issue with that being there. That said, I am concerned about population and its distribution. Fourteen million people in a single city on a tropics-adjacent country seems out of place without any context as to how and why—especially since it would be nearly half of the entire country's population in one city. Also, when you say "looks like Tehran," I do hope you do not mean a replica, obvious knock-off, or something that is more than merely inspired by that type of urban planning. Plus, where would it be? Is it on the coast and at a major harbor or in the mountains? What other settlements are there, and how would they fit in the context? Again, a lot is missing here, and a visual would go a long way, but we also need some information.
Finally, I'd like to see you become active in your existing territory again. If you can get active again, demonstrate a broader diversity of mapping, do more details in your mapping work (coastline and rural mapping), and show more in the application, then we can revisit it in the future. For now, I am going to let you keep the existing territory. Do more work on it, and (if you remain active for a while and do what has been asked) you can reapply in the future. If you need to, you can move mapping down the road, if there is something that you'd need to keep for some reason.
