Podruska experiences a temperate continental climate with distinct seasons. The country is characterised by cold winters and warm summers, and the climate is influenced by its inland location with minimal maritime influence. Podruska has a diverse topography, featuring rolling plains as well as low mountains and numerous lakes and rivers. It is often said that Podruska is a perfect medium of natural beauty, historic charm and urban characteristics. Letonia's cities blend historical architecture with modern amenities. The capital city of Tarnowice is known for its charming old town, bustling markets and vibrant night life district.

Podruska is a moderately-sized landlocked country. It shares borders with several neighbouring nations which have influenced its culture and demographics. Podruska is home to a population of roughly 25 million people, creating a sense of close-knit communities. The demographics are diverse with a mix of ethnicities, including Podruskans (the majority), as well as significant minorities of neighbouring nations' ethnic groups. The official language is Podruskan (Polish), however there is a strong emphasis on bilingualism from an early age. Podruska has a well developed and diversified economy. Agriculture is a significant contributor to the Podruskan economy, with fertile plains supporting the production of grains, vegetables and dairy products. The country also has a growing manufacturing sector, particularly in machinery, electronics and automotive industries. Additionally, Podruska has embraced renewable energy sources with a significant focus on Solar, Nuclear and Wind power. Podruska is characterised by a balance between urban and rural areas. The capital, Tarnowice, is a bustling urban centre, and cities such as Wireska and Nowy Kielce hold a significant portion of the population. A portion of the population lives in smaller cities and towns scattered across the plains. The regional areas of Podruska are primarily engaged in agriculture, tourism and forestry. Podruska has heavily invested in infrastructure development. Major motorways and highways connect urban centres and regions, whilst a railway network facilitates the transportation of goods and passengers. The nation's airports, including Tarnowice's Feliks Strezlecki International Airport provide efficient air travel connections. High speed internet and advanced telecommunications networks are widespread, supporting the technology driven industries. The mapping style of Podruska will primarily be European, with an Australian influence since that is where I live.

The culture of Podruska is rich and woven from its diverse history, geography and the influence of its neighbouring nations. Podruska takes great pride in historical heritage, with a strong focus on preserving and celebrating its past. Historic sites, castles, and cathedrals are cherished and they often serve as venues for cultural events and Podruska's renowned festivals. Music has played a central role in Podruskan culture. Folk music, often accompanied by traditional instruments like the accordion and violin is deeply rooted. Traditional choirs across the country have a strong reputation. The Podruskan language is at the heart of national identity. It is a slavic language, sharing the similarities with Polish, Czech, Ukrainian and Russian. Bilingualism is very common and the government actively promotes language preservation. Podruskan uses the Latin script with diacritical marks, including "ą," "ć," "ł," "ń," and "ż," with contribute to its unique appearance.

This would be a typical Podruskan regional city with urban sprawl. Obviously this is just a starter, and I'm willing to learn and expand on this as I acquire my territory

- I've looked at this application primarily from linguistic/naming perspective (as I am Polish). First is the name of the country - I'm not sure that you are aware that the name of the country translates to "under/below Russia/Ruthenia". Going further the natives would be "Podruscy" - "Underrrussians/Underruthenians". That has, given historical context, strong Untermensch vibes. I would suggest rethinking that name. Leaving that particular issue behind, Nowy Kielce is grammatically wrong. As you may be aware Polish nouns, adjectives and nouns have gender. There are three genders in singular number (masculine, feminine and neuter) and two in plural (masculine and non-masculine). Kielce happen to be non-masculine plural so it should be "Nowe Kielce", not "Nowy Kielce" which is right ending for singular masculine gender (the changes go as follows: masculine - nowy, feminine - nowa, neuter - nowe, masc. plural - nowi, non-masc. - nowe). While the issue may seem minor from the outsider perspective, it's really eye-hurting for a Polish person. Additionally Kielce is a city in Poland with, at least unclear etymology (see here). It's very questionable and discouraged to use well-known names in OGF. Same goes for Strezlecki surname. It's calque of well-known surname "Strzelecki". "Rz" is a dyphtong which evolved from one of the variants of old slavic "r" (currently it represents the ipa sound close to /ʒ/) so in other slavic languages so if he were foreigner he would be Strelecki at best. In the end you should at least learn several clues about mapping in Polish (and/or any other Slavic language) or at least ask native Poles for help before providing such territory application.
- Additional issues I see with your application include unfitting mapping style (pretty much non-European, most close to Australia when that part of Uletha focuses on old world countries). Population estimation also seems way too high for territory of that size and location - Geklinia-Dregolesia (that country with writings in cirillic alphabet near UL14d) with similar size has about 12 millions of people. - Dear Strayamate, your mapping that you've showcased is pretty solid but it's nowhere near what is expected to be seen in West Uletha which is European-themed (as broad as that is). I highly recommend you to find a suitable territory in the continent of Archanta where Australian-themed mapping is fitting. Moreover, the collaborative project of Deodeca is partly influenced by Australia, you may request from the project owners to map in one of the designated areas. Alongside that, the population of 25 million in UL14e is absurd, as it is an incredibly small country, is located very far north, and is also landlocked. The rest of the description is pretty generic. In essence, I'd say your mapping skills are mostly satisfactory, there's of course plenty of room for improvements, but the style of your territory is a complete mismatch with your mapping.
