An overview of climate, topography and landscape of the country. It is advised to also create a sketch, you can add a link to this (hosted on imgur or similar) |
Talún o Úlla is an old country, with a long history.
It is debated that Taún o Úlla may even be the country with the first appearance of human being.
Its sea-climate on the westside and the mountainous land on the other side makes the land perfect for argiculture.
In the south side even some palmtrees grow there. The country is fast, and the possibilities within this country are even greater!

A brief description of the territory demographics, economic development, land occupation, infrastructure and mapping style |
Since argiculture is one of Talún o Úlla's biggest, people thrive perfectly. The biggest export is grain and fruits. And of fruits the apple is one of the country's most favorable export product. In the south you'll find vast lands with grapes and a large wine industry, in the north you can find its farms with grain and fruits.
Not surprising that at the westcoast one of the largest harbor can be found, with ships waiting for products of many different kinds, the harbors are also for countries further back in the continent.
History & culture | |

A brief description of the intended culture and language |
Music, farming, mining and all the production along side it all is what describes the people of Talún o Úlla: Hard work, and a mentallity to never give up.
Even though their language is as old as time, it is a language seldom spoken these days (language of Celtic origin). But the peole themselves will tell you that it is their language that enhances their musical talents.

To support your request provide links to areas of OGF mapping which showcase your mapping skill. Mapping relevant to the requested theme & geography is especially useful | |
The {{coord}} template can optionally be used to link to the OGF map - it results in a nice formatted link. Or you can paste in a URL. |
I have created somethings in BG06 (harbor, river, cities and the start of a history-story). And I have created a small fishing harbor village on the westside of the Island: Iasc Cuna.
You can find it, just between MRos (who invited me to Geofiction in the first place) and BG05.
I was told not to create further in BG06 and try not to enlarge Iasc Cuna area, since its a beginners site and will be erased in time. Besides that: I have been a cartographer in reallife, don't know if that helps, though.

- Thank you for your application. Unfortunately, it does not fulfill the requirements for granting you your own territory yet. There are a number of reasons for this, most importantly your example mapping is not sufficient at this point. Please feel free to continue editing in the beginner territories for a while. Work that you do in this area can later be moved to a future, personal territory! So it's a great opportunity to build up some more mapping skills. When you apply the next time, please also make sure your proposal fits into existing plans, such as in this case the East Uletha Concept, most importantly in terms of language and climate. Also, sketches of the planned territory are encouraged as well. As mentioned earlier, some more work in the BG territories would be advisible first however. Looking forward to your future work!
