- Dans le but de continuer à éditer sur ce site, j'ai récemment arpenté le wiki et découvert qu'on pouvait y requérir un territoire;
- Conscient de mon manque d'expérience, je n'accorde pas trop d'espoir à cette tentative, mais mise sur mon activité en Archanta(Federal States), Zone Bleu, pour demander la parcelle UL23d

Mon projet pour ce territoire est de prendre en compte la complexité d'organiser une vie communautaire dans ce territoire pour imaginer comment l'humain a-t-il pu organiser une vie communautaire:

Le territoire blanc correspond à la banquise inhabitable.
The white territory is the ice.
Le territoire marron correspond aux hautes montagne.
The brown territory is the high mountains.
Le territoire vert correspond à la forêt.
The green territory is the forest
Les points rouges sont les villes, le plus grand est la capitale.
The red points are citys, the bigger red point is the capital.
Les points noirs sont les colonies,points d'exploration de la banquise.
The dark points are colony, points of exploration.
And the grey lines are major roads.

Le Boltorkhoy sera un territoire relativement peu développé, base d'exploration scientifique de la banquise.
L'économie locale reposera sur l'exploitation des forêts, du pétrole offshore et de banquise et de l'eau douce.
Le Boltorkhoy sera un territoire très peu habitée, comme le suggère sa géographie, mais riche en matières premières.
Le style de mapping correspondra au mien(la précision d'un cadastre de mairie, mais donc peu d'agglomérations importantes), agglomérations réparties sur l'ensemble du pays et utilisation de l'espace rural pour de nombreuses exploitations agricoles.
Boltorkhoy will be a relatively undeveloped territory, a base for scientific exploration of the sea ice.
The local economy will be based on the exploitation of forests, offshore and sea ice oil and fresh water.
Boltorkhoy will be a very sparsely inhabited territory, as its geography suggests, but rich in raw materials.
The mapping style will correspond to mine (the accuracy of a town hall cadastre, but therefore few major agglomerations), agglomerations spread over the whole country and use of rural space for many farms.

Le Boltorkhoy aurait comme langue le français, celle des colons venus le coloniser il y a longtemps de cela, mais aussi l'anglais,héritée des scientifiques habitants actuellement dans les colonies.
Mais le Boltorkhoy garde un héritage culturel stable, comme l'atteste la présence des originaux( = Natives Boltorkho), qui, bien que parqués dans des camps de travails ou des réserves, constituent une part non négligeable de la population Boltorkho.
Boltorkhoy would have as a language French, that of the colonists who came to colonize it a long time ago, but also English, inherited from the scientists currently living in the colonies.
But the Boltorkhoy keeps a stable cultural heritage, as evidenced by the presence of the originals (= Natives Boltorkho), who, although parked in work camps or reserves, constitute a significant part of the Boltorkho population.

- Thank you for your territory application. As you mentioned, your mapping experience does not yet qualify you for a personal territory - after all, you have been a member since only a couple of days.
