This page is intended as a summary of my mapping progress. I've created it to set myself some monthly goals and try to evaluate the results. This is done as en effort to prevent myself from falling inactive for longer periods by setting clear goals to work on.

2023

April: working on the Þúsundvatnafylki coastline

I've just came back to OGF after a longer period of inactivity. Nordurland was on the withdrawal list which basically rendered me active again.

I have started with a project I was working on before falling inactive: shaping the Þúsundvatnafylki coastline and hinterland. I will continue with that for the rest of the month.

To Do list

This is a list of my plans about what to map next. Subject to changes.

• May: working on the Þúsundvatnafylki coastline and the Hledesund area.
• June: same as May. This is supposed to be a two month project
• July: moving the island of Langtland, if the admins agree, and focus on detailing. The goal is to finish as much as possible on this island. See this Discord post for details.
• August: starting redeveloping the Frjálshöfn area. I've deleted it some time ago because I was not happy with how it looked like, so it is an empty place right now.
• September: mapping in Háleitabjarg. This is the small country between Nor∂urland and Slavonia. Think of it as Andorra, but colder. It is supposed to be tourism-heavy country (winter sports esp.). Economically, it is heavily dependent on it‘s neighbors though. It has the reputation of a tax haven as well.
