Tircambry has X km of roads. Motorways and trunk roads are managed by the national government, all others by cantref governmments.
There are five classes of road in Tircambry, divided into three groups :
Motorways (Traffyrdd)
- Motorway (Traffordd), designated by numbers prefixed by "T".
Main roads (Ffyrdd fawr)
- Trunk (Cefnffordd), designated by numbers prefixed by "C".
- Primary (Priffordd), designated by numbers prefixed by "P".
Minor roads (Ffyrdd bychain)
- Secondary (Ffordd Eilbydd), designated by numbers prefixed by "E".
- Unclassified ( ), which have no numerical designation.

Main and secondary roads
The normal criteria for main road classification are that Trunk roads (Cefnffyrdd) connect cities, Primary roads (Priffyrdd) connect towns, and Secondary roads connect more significant villages and suburbs into the main road network.
There is a single numbering sequence for C, P and E roads. The first digit indicates the region of the country in which the road started or mainly travels through. Motorway numbering is separate but follows the same regional pattern.
