Uploading images
Hi, during recent upload you messed up things a bit. Instead of [[1]] you used {{2}} type of brackets for categories. First one is used to provide links and categories (which are, in fact, specific type of a link), 2 is for transclusion of pages (templates, licenses) on the wanted page. That means you wrogly transcluded a category instead of linking to it and caused links to upper categories to appear.
Second thing is that you don't need to upload files from Commons. In fact you shouldn't. They can be linked directly from commons the same way you link the files uploaded to OGFWiki (bear in mind that if there is already a file on OGFWiki with the same name as in commons, the local file will be shown instead tho). Hi, Arlo. Hope you're doing well. For the new file File:CulverdenIA.png, you state that all are free-use from Commons. Would you please provide links to the images you used? We do have to verify and cite any images that are not explicitly public domain images. If they are CC or other licensing, we are required to provide a link back to the original.
