How can I request a new territory? I'm specially preffer this territory named: BG-06. Please help me beacuause I'm new here.

Hi, please check Help:Frequently_asked_questions#How_can_I_configure_JOSM_for_editing_the_OpenGeofiction_map?. For the API, you need to uncheck the default server for OSM option, and enter https://opengeofiction.net/api. For the OverPass API, enter overpass.ogf.rent-a-planet.com/api/

I have problems by editing maps

As I have explained to you via private message, before you posted here, you were blocked from editing for 24 hours. This was because you were ignoring the Beginner territory constraints (cross territory boundary mapping), plus mapping in the territory of other users. The block was to give you time to read the guidelines, so to not repeat the mistakes.

While the 24 hours of the block have expired, it is "active until the user logs in". So either go and read https://opengeofiction.net/user/DanielVS84/blocks and https://opengeofiction.net/user_blocks/140 or logout and log back in (which will show you the same block info).

And asking for help on your wiki talk page really isn't how it is done.
