Image too large

Hello,

The image Fixed_constituencies_(1) was removed, because it was too large and creating errors. No image uploaded should have more than 12.5 MP in size. Note that this is size in pixels and not bytes. Image descriptions

Hi! I want to officially reminf you that you should give your images appropriate license and category. In case of licenses it means choosing accurate license from collapsable list in "upload file" page or later, adding it as a form of template. Category can be added to image description in the same page or after uploading, to the file description the same way as you do for articles.
