	Physical geography

Map of Settlements

Much of the extended territory is almost exactly the same as the current extent of the Nayina territory. Specifically, all of the collective territory is within the Af-Am Koppen climate classification. The northern reaches of the territory, depending on what geography has been determined in Tempeira, would most likely be low hills/mountains that are covered by dense rainforests. (this is subject to change in further development). Much of the geography of Nayina, plus the extended territory takes inspiration from the Guyanas, Northern Brazil, and parts of Columbia and Venezuela. Much of the coastal territory has been inhabited and repurposed into agricultural and urban centers. Because of the rainfall, the agricultural structures do not primarily rely on aqueducts and other redirects of water to feed crops, which allowed for much of the flat land along the coast to be used for farmland.

Transportation Map

The infrastructure and administrative regions follow various geographic, topographic, and demographic boundaries.

A majority of the highways are maintained by provincial/departmental governments, with motorways/other major highways being maintained by the national government. Many of the cities that lie on the southern coastline, primarily Fourchières and Côte du Corail, serve as large port cities that have high industrial influence and are economically more advanced than that of rural regions. During Franquese colonization, these were the first cities to be established. Because many of the cities lie on the southern coast, a majority of the highways run adjacent to the shoreline, providing an efficient travel/transportation corridor to connect these cities. This corridor is where the longest of the motorways, A1, runs. Because of the extensive Franquese occupation, many train routes were established before the construction of highways. While they’re not drawn on the map I provided, I plan to establish an extensive network of railways that connect the cities.

There is a significant economic divide in the country. Many of the densely populated cities/regions are more economically advanced due to their strategic foundation locations. Cities such as Côte du Corail, Fourchières, and Catán are economically similar to several cities in France, or Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. As for the rural regions of the country, they do not have as much opportunity for economic cooperation with the rest of the country, thus they lag behind the aforementioned regions. They are closer to some smaller cities and several rural regions in Brazil, (e.g. Recife, Manaus, State of Rondonia, etc.).

	History & culture

This history was discussed in collaboration with other users in the region, and holds true for the planned annex of TA305.

Before the colonization era in Tarephia, Nayina was inhabited by various indigenous peoples. Tribes such as Saxaway, Buirawui, Guala, and Powaliu peoples had the most influence and power in the region. These tribes were very similar in many aspects, and they have established a diverse network of trading routes. These tribes had very similar languages that arose from communications between tribes during trading. The largest trading outpost was centered on what is now Bréville, where many of the dominant tribes would go to trade.

The Franuqese began colonization in the 1300s, first landing on the mouth of the ???/ Moranquois river. They named this site Fourchières, named after the head of exploration, Saint Henry de Fourchière. The settlement quickly took off, attracting more people to inhabit the newly established settlements. The Franuqese controlled much of the territory during this time period.

In the 1600s, Nayina gained independence, (how it gained independence, I’m still figuring out). Nayina and its western neighbor, Araguan form a close alliance.

Araguan is invaded by the Castellanese later in the 1600s and early 1700s, where Castellan had zeal of the Lycene region to be Castellanese. One manifestation resulted in the forced exodus of the Franquese within the region. The Araguan Revolutionary War begins, where bands of revolutionary parties begin to fight back against the Castellanese. Eventually, the Castellanese forces pushed into Nayinese territory to continue their operations. Nayina, along with Araguan revolution parties, fought against the Castellanese, where they later declared defeat and ceded Araguan territory. The Araguan-Nayina Confederation would form later on (either due to political influence or victory in the war) . Later in the 1800s, the confederation would dissolve. (me and User:jl06 are still discussing the history behind the confederation). Nayina Nayina and Araguan remain independent until present day.

	All right. I think the current layout of this side of TA305 could do with an update itself, too... I think you'd be able to get it done right yourself, but if not, let me know if you need help making the border change. Taka (talk) 11:56, 4 May 2023 (UTC)
	I recommend you make the rough edits inside the new border as you see fit, after which I'll try make the parts on the TA305 side fit with your new layout.
