Quossovlakhia (Quossovlakh: Tsara di Rrãmãshlji; Armashlian: 𐤒𐤅𐤕𐤎𐤅𐤟𐤅𐤋𐤀𐤒𐤟𐤅𐤅𐤅) is a country located in northern Tarephia, along the southern coast of the Ilemian Sea. It shares borders with TA031 to the east, TA014 to the west, and TA021 to the south. The nation's terrain features a northern coastal plain, transitioning into central mountain ranges, and extending to the southern arid desert regions. This diverse topography results in a variety of climates: temperate conditions along the coast, cooler mountainous areas, and hot, dry desert climates in the south.
Quossovlakhia maintains two capitals: Madinea serves as the de jure capital, while Darazdiou p'Avrin functions as the de facto seat of government. The largest city, Halip, is a major economic and cultural center, serving as the country's principal port and commercial hub. Quossovlakhia is a unitary presidential republic, with a president as both head of state and government, elected for a five-year term. The unicameral parliament enacts laws and oversees governance, while an independent judiciary ensures legal stability. The country is divided into governorates, each managed by a governor appointed by the central government.
The country’s culture is centered on the coexistence of native Armashlians and Quossovlakhs. The name Quossovlakhia comes from the Upper Romanish term for the [Greek] Κουτσοβλαχία (Koutsovlachia), itself derived from the Turquese Küçük Ulah, meaning Small Valakhs. The term generally refers to displaced Vallakhs, originating from Eganian Valas, a designation for non-Eganian-speaking communities, mostly speakers of Romanish languages. This complex cultural fabric has shaped Quossovlakhia’s traditions, linguistic diversity, and historical identity.
The economy is diverse, encompassing sectors such as agriculture, energy production, mining, trade, and tourism. Quossovlakhia has particularly strong cultural, economic, and strategic ties with Egani, Pohenicia, and Antharia, with whom it shares historical connections, trade partnerships, and regional cooperation initiatives. The country is a member of the Assembly of Nations and is currently applying for membership in the Tarephia Cooperation Council to further integrate into the regional economic and political framework.
