Hi, Bruno. Good question… I'm inclined to hold off for now, unless the use is going to be widespread. Where do you anticipate using the flag? It can always be done as [[File:4band_ukl.png|28px]] Gran Luslandia on its own. Me again, Alessa! I think so much (really, since Isleño still was Admin, hehehe) about changing Belgravia's name, as it is also a known RW name - my initial idea was Belgrad+Jugoslavia hahaha, but it is a place in London. Hi, Mstr. I appreciate the suggestion. This is, in fact, something I've thought about already at length before we even launched the new wiki. As much as I would like to see some degree of standardizing uploads, there are variables with file types, how people name them, territory naming for articles and lists, etc. that make it a bit more efficient to go through this process. Having a parser function for every possible outcome isn't wise for loading the template dozens of times on pages that would require it. I like the idea in principle, and in a different situation it would be a great alternative. I don't see it working for us, however. — Alessa (talk) 02:18, 11 August 2022 (UTC)

Do not upload additional "v2" files - what you should do is upload a new version of the image to the existing ones. When you do that, the existing template is updated with the new image. /wangi (talk) 08:23, 16 August 2023 (UTC)

Hello. Rhododactylia, as a blue territory, would require a consensus to change the flag. A single user doesn't have the ability to unilaterally change it. If you think the flag should be changed (there is an existing one somewhere, but I have not uploaded it), then please bring it up in the appropriate forum. Hi, Lithium. I'm happy to do so. Given the shape, would you be okay with the upper and lower blank space being truncated so the image frame is bound to the points of the triangle? That is the international name. It's a similar case to, for example, Türkiye (Turkey), which requested using the Turkish name as the international one, or Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), which requested using the French name as the international one. But if it's really necessary i wouldn't mind getting rid of all the diacritics in the template name - but, please, make it so that it displays the actual int. name. Have a good day/night.
